Any payments made through this site go directly to the Association’s account with the corresponding bank. These payments are not processed by Level Community Management. Likewise, if you sign up for recurring payment with either bank, that request is processed by the individual banks and not by Level Community Management. Level is not made aware of recurring payments made via these websites and you may continue to receive statements from Level.
If you wish to no longer receive statements and to set up automatic payment through your association’s management company, we encourage you to fill out an ACH Enrollment Form and mail it to Level along with a voided check.
