Anne Calarco brings over 15 years of Nevada community management experience to Level. With extensive experience in portfolio community management, hi-rise mixed use properties, and onsite large scale community management, she comes well-prepared to meet the needs of any client in the industry. Holding current Nevada licensing for community management as a Supervising Community Manager and also as a state licensed collection agency manager, she is well equipped to successfully tackle the assessment collection challenges of the current economic climate. She is at the top of expertise in her field of community association management and has national designations of CMCA, AMS, LSM and PCAM, which provides our association clients and her company staff with the best possible guidance and knowledge of all industry laws, both state and federal. Anne’s primary goal for her managers is to provide them opportunities to grow in their profession and obtain quality levels of education that will benefit the Board of Directors and associations they serve. Her goal for her association clients is to provide them with quality community management services that rise well above and beyond ‘business as usual.’ Her commitment to education also extends past her staff to all Board members. As acting co-chair of the Community Association Institute Education Committee for 3 years, Anne develops and teaches classes to help both industry professionals and Board members understand their duties and legal requirements.

Antonio Wilson started his career in the HOA industry when he joined a local CPA firm as an auditor focusing mainly on the audits of homeowners’ associations and not for profit organizations. He moved up to become the controller of a large management company and he later joined Level Property Management in 2014 as a Controller for HOA Accounting. With over 15 years’ experience in the HOA industry, Antonio brings with him an in depth knowledge of HOA accounting, best practices and the intricacies unique in the HOA financial reporting. Antonio manages the day to day operations of the accounting team with focus on delivering excellent service to the homeowners, community managers and to the associations’ board members. Level’s accounting team has consistently earned excellent reviews from the associations’ CPA auditors for its high quality of accounting systems, procedures and financial reporting.
CPA | Controller – HOA Accounting
Ashley started her career in HOA management nearly a decade ago. Having grown alongside the company, she now serves as a Supervising Community Manager and the company’s Vice President. In her role with Level, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the management and administrative staff and works to further the company’s goals of providing excellent customer service and exceeding clients’ expectations. In an effort to hone her skills and increase her knowledge in the field of community management, she has obtained the national designations of CMCA and AMS and is seeking the designation of PCAM. Additionally, Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Media Studies from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She worked briefly as a reporter prior to entering the field of community management. Ashley enjoys the legislative process and through her participation in local professional organizations, she works diligently with legislative action groups each time Nevada lawmakers are in session. She feels passionately that improving our industry and life within community associations starts at the legislative level.

Jeff Jacobs brings over 10 years of corporate accounting and finance experience to our leadership team. Jeff is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and began his career at Arthur Andersen, a large international public accounting firm. Jeff was responsible for reviewing and auditing the financial statements of several Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, Jeff was responsible for the preparation of all Securities and Exchange Commission filings, Financial Statements, and Shareholder reports for Starbucks Coffee Company. He brings to Level a proactive entrepreneurial spirit with demonstrated abilities to provide leadership and oversight in his current responsibilities over the company’s financial services and operations. With a well-trained eye for detail, Jeff oversees the monthly production of Association financials and ensures that Board members have all of the tools necessary within easy reach to strive for the financial health of their communities. Jeff’s goals in leading Level’s financial operations are to be responsive and “user friendly” to the needs of community association homeowners and boards, while maintaining the highest standards of financial reporting, timeliness, and accuracy.

Ryan McNamara is a seasoned financial manager and Certified Public Accountant. Ryan spentfive years with Ernst & Young auditing Fortune 500 real estate clients. Ryan founded and runs Level Property Management with the conviction that this community management firm will set standards for professionalism, integrity and ethics.
With a strong background in property management, and also recent experience as a developer for local condominium projects, Ryan recognized the need for reliable and quality association management services. He strives to run a company that employs first rate business practices and he understands that client servicing is paramount to successful business relationships. This sentiment is instilled in all staff members as the company continually strives to look for and develop an innovative, better way of conducting business.
In addition to his experience as a CPA and in the property management field, Ryan holds a Masters Degree in Real Estate. His extensive mixed background in accounting and several forms of property development and management have lent him a unique perspective and skill set in assuring the financial goals of Level’s clients are met by way of assisting Boards with astutely calculated budgets.
